Peace Silk

Peace silk shares many of the luxurious qualities of traditional silk, including its softness, sheen, and breathability. What sets Peace Silk apart is its production method, which prioritizes the well-being of the silkworms. Peace silk production is more ethical and humane allowing them to emerge from their cocoons as moths. This prevents the killing of the silkworms. The fibres that remain after the moths have left are spun into silk threads. These threads are coarser and less uniform than traditional silk, but they still retain the luxurious characteristics of silk.
